I have had the pleasure of having a good friend the last couple days. I really enjoyed fishing with Mr Graham and Patrick it was a pleasure. We did bring the fly rod along and had some success with it but nothing to crazy it is very rewarding to get a bite on the fly. The first day we landed some reds and Patrick got his first citation drum. Saturday we started out chasing trout and scrapped out the first specks of the season. Then we found some blues and caught a small cobia. Today we found some blues with the fly and caught a throwback cobia on the bucktail. We did also spend countless hours looking for schools of red drum but we didn’t have much luck. We did find a small pack of big drum but we didn’t connect. We will get them next time.
