The wind didn’t do us any favors today. It blew southwest 20 all day which made for a bumpy salty ride. I had Blake Hoffman and his buddy for a full day. This morning fishing was very slow for the whole fleet so we settled for an early lunch at the Jolly Roger in Ocracoke. This afternoon we found a nice school of puppy drum and landed one fish in the slot and one above the slot. These fish were hanging in the roughest spot in the Pamlico Sound.
