This afternoon i had my good friend Mitchell and his dad Mike who were absolute troopers. We battled a hard southwest wind all afternoon that made conditions tuff for traveling to and from fishing grounds. I was really hoping this hard southwest wind would have the drum chewing this afternoon. We anchored and baitfished a few spots before having any luck. We had two drum bites this afternoon and landed 1 fish coming in at 30 inches. We worked really hard for this fish considering the weather conditions that we had to endure this afternoon. While baitfishing we also had a constant battle with the stringrays catching about 12 and 2 gars.
