Wind, Spray, and Fish 

This morning the conditions weren’t the greatest with plenty of wind and scattered rain. I had a great group from NC State Fishing School who made it happen this morning. We landed 4 slot size drum and one 17 pound Bluefish. One drum we landed had 2 yellow tags from NCDMF. I am curious to know the story behind this drum.
